Description

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery to Institute of Environmental Protection at 5/11D Krucza Street in Warsaw of a software license for the database server Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Core 2017 Single Academic Open - 64 packages of 2 licenses each.2 The licenses/software delivered by the Contractor must be brand new and in case of software transfer on CD/DVD media - packaged.3 The Contractor invoking equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the products offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.4 Other requirements, in accordance with the ToR. The subject of the contract is delivery to the Institute of Environmental Protection at 5/11D Krucza Street in Warsaw: - delivery of the CAL Microsoft Windows Server license - 50 units, - delivery of the CAL Microsoft Exchange license - 50 units, - delivery of the CAL Microsoft Skype for Business license - 50 units, - delivery of the office software - 3 units, - delivery of the office software - 3 units, - delivery of the CAL Microsoft Exchange license - 50 units, - delivery of the CAL Microsoft Skype for Business license - 50 units.The license/software delivered by the Contractor shall be brand new and in case of software transfer on CD/DVD media - packed. 3. The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions shall be obliged to demonstrate that the products offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.Other requirements, in accordance with the ToR.
