Description
The subject of the contract is "Delivery, installation and configuration of HIS and EDM software together with the equipment necessary to launch them, carried out under the project "Increasing access to e-services for patients and implementation of basic electronic circulation of medical documentation in the Dr. L. Rydygiera Sp. z o.o. Medical Centre". in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract contained in Attachment No. 1 to the ToR and appendices to the description of the subject of the contract (ToR), i.e. Appendices No. 1 - 19 to the ToR and Appendices No. 21, 22 to the ToR. The subject of the contract is "Delivery, installation and configuration of HIS and EDM software together with the equipment necessary to launch them, carried out under the project "Increasing access to e-services for patients and implementation of basic electronic circulation of medical documentation in the Dr. L. Rydygiera Sp. z o.o. Medical Centre". in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract contained in Attachment No. 1 to the ToR and attachments to the description of the subject of the contract (ToR), i.e. Attachment No. 20 to the ToR and Attachment No. 23 to the ToR.
