Description
Oppdragsgiver har behov å bygge en anleggsvei som skal føre til den nye barneskolen på Hommersåk. Anleggsveien skal senere bli omgjort til permanent kommunal vei og brukes av skolen. Eskermyrveien ligger på Hommersåk, Sandnes Kommune.
Kontraktsarbeidet omfatter i hovedsak følgende:
- Anleggsveien skal bygges slik at det kun er behov for å asfaltere slitelag (et lag asfalt), og sette kantstein før ferdigstillelse som permanentvei.
- Natursteinmurer langs vei.
- VA- anlegg og gatebelysning.
- Hekk, busker, trær skal fjernes.
- Jord, stein, fjell/blokk fjernes.
- Tilrettelegging og omlegging av kabler og linjer.
Gjennomføringsmodell for prosjektet er utførelsesentreprise organisert som generalentreprise.
