Description

The subject matter of the order is the successive supply of red meat and animal fats, red meat cold cuts, poultry meat, poultry cold cuts.2. The subject matter of the order has been divided into the following 4 parts:1) Part No. 1: Supply of red meat and animal fats;2) Part No. 2: Supply of red meat cold cuts;3) Part No. 3: Supply of poultry meat;4) Part No. 4: Supply of poultry cold cuts.3.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract in terms of minimum quality requirements is: Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - prepared by the Military Research and Implementation Center of the Food Service in Warsaw.4. A detailed quantitative specification is defined by: 1) attachment No. 1A to the SWZ - concerning part No. 1, 2) attachment No. 1B to the SWZ - concerning part No. 2, 3) attachment No. 1C to the SWZ - concerning part No. 3, 4) attachment No. 1D to the SWZ - concerning part No. 4,- depending on the parts for which the Contractor will apply. These annexes are at the same time forms of calculation of the bid price.

The place of delivery is:1) food warehouse GZ Rzeszów - ul. Lwowska 5 Rzeszów;2) food warehouse GZ Nisko - ul. Sandomierska 20;3) food warehouse GZ Przemyśl - ul. 29 Listopada 1;4) food warehouse GZ Jaroslaw - ul. 3 Maja 80; 1.
