Description

The subject matter of the contract are Successive supplies of disposable equipment for interventional cardiology procedures (stents, balloon and diagnostic catheters, probes, guidewires, balloons for vuloplasty, occluders) and lease of FFR recording device. Successive supply of sets for PTCA of lesions in the vertebral arteries (stents, balloon catheters). Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, its scope and volume are described in SWZ and its annexes. Successive supply of kits for PTCA of difficult lesions in the ACS (stents, balloon catheters). Detailed description of the order, its scope and size were described in the SWZ (Terms of Reference) and its annexes. Gradual supply of stents for the main trunk of the LTW and the mouth of the coronary arteries. Successive supplies of IVUS probes for Volcano Corporation's Core Integrated device. Succesive supplies of FFR guidewires and OCT probes and lease of FFR recording device with intravascular optical coherence tomography imaging system. Detailed description of the order, its scope and size, have been described in the SWZ (Terms of Reference) and its appendices. Sufficient supply of catheters for balloon valvuloplasty. Detailed description of the order, its scope and size have been described in the SWZ (Terms of Reference) and its appendices. Sufficient supply of ASD/PFO closure kits (occluders for ASD/PFO closure).
