Description

Scope of the contract: supply of 2 pieces of brand new, year of production 2020, type C ambulances. 2. the ambulances must comply with the requirements specified in the current Polish standard PN-EN 1789 or equivalent, type C ambulance. When determining the requirements regarding standards, the Contracting Authority shall indicate this as the requirement to meet those standards or equivalent standards - in the scope of each part of the description of the subject matter of the contract or assortments in which such standards were determined.4. The description of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in detail in the "Form of required technical parameters" (required minimum technical parameters and utility parameters, equipment of the subject matter of the contract) appendix no. 6 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference).
5. the Contractor must designate the authorized warranty repair service for vehicles and equipment in Poland located closest to the Ordering Party's registered office.6. the Contractor must designate the authorized warranty and post-warranty service for medical equipment in Poland.7.The minimum warranty period for the base vehicle, without mileage limitation, is 24 months.8. The minimum warranty period for the specialized body of the ambulance, medical equipment and other equipment mounted in the ambulance is 24 months.9. The minimum warranty period for body perforation is 120 months.10. The minimum warranty period for the paint coating is 24 months.11. The period of all warranties starts from the date of handing over the complete vehicle adapted to the ambulance to the Purchaser's seat. 12. The Contractor is obliged to instruct the medical personnel in the operation, maintenance and servicing of the ambulance and its equipment when handing over the vehicle adapted to an ambulance and to train the Contracting Authority's indicated employees in the technical maintenance, operation and repairs at a date determined in agreement with the Contracting Authority. The Ordering Party reserves the right to install in the ambulance the devices of the Command Support System /SWD/ consisting of the GPS module, a printer with a base, a portable tablet with a base /docking station/ and an articulated handle, without losing the manufacturer's warranty of the vehicle.14The offered subject of the contract must have a certificate of approval issued under the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 25 March 2013 on type approval of motor vehicles and trailers and their objects of equipment or parts (i.e. - Journal of Laws 2015, item 1475 as amended), for a sanitary ambulance. The ambulance must comply with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text - Journal of Laws 2016. item 2022).15. After the delivery of the ambulances with equipment and all required documents, the Contractor is obliged to cooperate with the Ordering Party during the process of ambulance registration. In particular, he shall be obliged to complete all documents required by state institutions, e.g. the Department of Transport, Register of Vehicles and Drivers, State Sanitary Inspection, NFZ.16. The Contractor shall be responsible for the quality of the subject matter of the contract, compliance with technical and quality conditions described for the subject matter of the contract. 17. due diligence is required in the performance of contractual obligations.18. the Contractor shall specify contact telephone and fax numbers as well as other arrangements necessary for the efficient and timely performance of the contract.19. the Contracting Authority shall not be liable for any damage caused by the Contractor during the performance of the contract.
