Chile - Alhue soccer school transportation program 2024

Description

The present bidding consists of the lease of 2 vans for the transfer of children and adolescents to the soccer training school, the route will be in the different localities with destination to the municipal stadium address Luis Cruz Martínez N°366 Comuna Alhué, the days of the service will be every Saturday from the award until December 28th, 2024, the schedule of departure from the localities is from 09:00 hrs and return at 13:00 hrs.

Capacity of each van 28 people

On the other hand, the vehicle used must have the following characteristics:
- Cylinder capacity equal to or greater than 1,400 cc.
- Seats must be arranged forward and be 30 cm wide with a minimum backrest height of 35 cm.
- Fire extinguisher.
- The vehicle must not be older than 16 years.
- Technical revision up to date
- Valid circulation permit.
- Gas emission certificate.

Requested characteristics of the driver

- Graduated from elementary school
- Have a class A driver's license for passenger transportation, according to the capacity of the vehicle offered.
- Have passed a course at a professional driving school.

It should be made clear that the passenger transportation service includes a driver, and maintenance costs are the responsibility of the successful bidder.

If during the execution of the service, the vehicle suffers any damage, whether due to mechanical failure, collision, fire, overturning or any other cause, it will be the sole responsibility of the successful bidder to repair or replace it. The same criterion applies in case of fines or infractions, whatever the cause.
