Description

The concessionaire will be granted the operation of all Lorraine Airport fueling facilities and services:1) the operation of the logistics services necessary for the regular supply of jet fuel to the depot, their management and control, the maintenance and upgrading of the facilities, the supply, storage and distribution of fuel and aircraft on-boarding services throughout the duration of the public service concession;2) the concessionaire will be responsible for increasing the depot's capacity by an additional 100 m3 by 2025 to meet traffic needs.3) the concessionaire will receive financial compensation for public service obligations linked to the maximum fare imposed by the airport for regular commercial aviation at the airport in order to meet the platform's need for competitive refuelling. This compensation will be determined in accordance with the transfer to the concessionaire of the risk associated with the operation of the service, and the concessionaire's remuneration will be substantially ensured by the revenue generated by the operation of the depots. The concessionaire will pay the airport fees, in particular for occupying public property.
