Description

The purpose of this procedure is to select an Owner for the subproject to connect the Alpha and Bravo aircraft parking areas.The work envisaged includes- the rerouting of existing networks;- the relocation of certain parking area lighting masts;- the creation of runway infrastructure connecting the parking areas;- the widening of existing taxiways;- the provision of signalling for the various aircraft taxiways;- the modifications induced by the connection of the aircraft parking areas as far as the VIP pavilion;- the modification of the existing service road;- the creation of a water compensation basin in accordance with the PPRI;- the creation of a rainwater buffer storage basinSee the brief description of the contract in the consultation rules for the application phase.
Although not subject to Book IV of Part 2 "Public Contracts" of the Public Order Code, the successful contractor will be entrusted with a project management mission relating to the infrastructure works, comprising the mission elements described in Articles R. 2431-24 to R. 2431-31 of the Public Order Code:- basic mission: AVP, administrative authorisations (including specific airport regulations) PRO/DCE, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR;- complementary mission OPC, as well as a specific mission of Aero coordinator. In addition, an EISA study mission as well as the aeronautical conformity file will have to be carried out by the MOE.
