Description

The parking garage to be rehabilitated is located at Franz-Josef-Strauß Airport in Munich and was built in 1992. The construction measure relates to the parking garage P6 Terminalstraße Mitte in 85356 Munich Airport. To ensure the remaining useful life until 2030, repair services must be planned and implemented for the parking garage as required. In view of the varying utilization of the parking garage over time and taking into account the necessary closure times in consultation with the user, the repair work will be carried out over two summer periods. Partial services in level E02 could be carried out in the fall/winter period. The work to be carried out includes coating work, concrete repairs and crack treatment as well as various reinforcement measures for the supporting structure. After coating removal, potential field measurements will be carried out to detect damaged areas. Furthermore, local concrete repair work as well as crack treatment will be carried out. In areas where the upper reinforcement layer above the beams (chord connection reinforcement/bending tension reinforcement of the floor slab) is to be supplemented, the floor slab is to be strengthened partly by reinforcement supplementation and partly by CFRP lamellas. The CFRP lamellas are to be bonded to the soffit of the floor slabs. In addition, in areas where the upper reinforcement layer of the beams, which are designed as continuous slab beams, is partially damaged, CFRP lamellae will be bonded to the undersides or flanks of the beams. To partially relieve the beams in areas with damaged lower or upper reinforcement layers, these will be reinforced with selective steel supports. In the course of this, existing temporary supports using tree trunks will be replaced by these new supports. In areas where the reinforced concrete supports or brackets are damaged, reinforcement will also be provided by steel supports. In the case of the steel structures, care must be taken to ensure that they are always brought up to the foundation level and that the existing individual foundation is extended or a new foundation is constructed.
(Type and scope of construction work, supplies and services or indication of needs and requirements; only for supply contracts - indication whether offers for purchase, leasing, rental, hire purchase or a combination of these options are required):The planned and tendered scope of repair essentially requires the following named services:- Removal and reinstallation of various fixtures (railings, guard rails, barrier systems, signs, trash cans, etc.) within the parking garage (approx.) within the parking garage (approx. 750 pcs)- Removal of existing coating and renewal of the surface protection system on floor and base areas of the rising reinforced concrete components as well as on scraper curbs (approx. 46,000 m²)- Potential field measurement of intermediate ceilings and columns (approx. 43,000 m²)- Concrete repair work on rising components (approx. 4 m³)- Local concrete repair work distributed over all parking levels on the intermediate ceilings and scraper curbs (approx. 13,500 pieces from 0.01 to 1.0 m² area)- Injecting crack treatment (approx. 250 m)- Supplementing the reinforcement of the intermediate ceilings above the beams (approx. 4 to)- Bonding CFRP lamellas on beams and intermediate ceiling slabs (approx. 6,000 m)- Point and linear supports (steel structures approx. 31 to)- Reinforcement of supports (steel structure approx. 5 to ))- Reinforcement location in the course of drilling into the existing structures (approx. 50 pcs)- Earthworks and concreting of foundations for the steel structures (approx. 90 m³)- Renewal of ground markings (road marking, parking lot marking approx. 8,500 m, restricted areas approx. 2,000 m², arrows approx. 150 pcs, walkways approx. 3,600 m, escape routes approx. 3,500 m, etc.) - Reinforcement of the steel structures (approx. 5 to ))- Reinforcement location in the course of drilling into the existing structures (approx. 50 pcs)- Reinforcement location in the course of drilling into the existing structures (approx. 50 pcs)
