View Changes <<<>>> This notice amendment is provided to answer industry’s questions on the final Request for Proposal (RFP) released on 15 May 2024.  The Feedback Tracker with answers to non-proprietary questions will be posted to PIEE.  Additionally, the Government will release a Solicitation Amendment for the Aircraft Maintenance and Modification Services in support of the Presidential Helicopter, Notice ID N00019-23-RFPREQ-APM274-0221.  The Solicitation Amendment (N0001924R00340001) RFP will be released in PIEE on 20 June 2024.  The RFP and its amendment are unclassified with attachments that are Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Distribution Statement D.     Interested companies who successfully registered to view CUI attachments will have access. Interested companies who have not successfully registered, to see CUI attachments, must submit the following for Government review and approval prior to receiving access: 1. Organization name, address, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code (as it appears in SAM.gov); 2. Company primary point of contact (POC), name, job title, email, and phone number 3. Confirmation that your company has the ability to: receive, process store, and communicate with NAVAIR. This registration shall be done via e-mail to the POCs identified in this notice. Phone registration will not be accepted (e-mail only). Interested companies who successfully registered to view CUI documents to date will have access.  All other interested companies who have not successfully registered, to see CUI attachments, must submit the following for Government review and approval prior to receiving access.  This registration shall be done via e-mail to the POCs identified in this announcement. Phone registration will not be accepted (e-mail only). Registration e-mail shall include the following information: 1. Organization name, address, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code (as it appears in SAM.gov) 2. Primary point of contact (POC), name, job title, email, and phone number 3. Confirmation that your company has the ability to: receive, process, store, and communicate with NAVAIR. Upon review and approval of the registration information, the Government will provide access to the CAGE Code identified in item (1.) above. This approval allows the Company’s Proposal Manager linked to the CAGE Code access to CUI attachments included in the final RFP.  Industry questions and/or clarifications to the final RFP are requested by 29 May 2024.  All questions shall be unclassified.  Offerors shall submit questions and/or clarifications using the attached “Industry Feedback Tracker.xls”.    All non-proprietary questions and/or clarifications received will be added to this tracker with a Government response and posted to SAM.gov for interested companies.  The proposal due date and time is stated in Block 9 of the Solicitation N0001924R0034.
