Type and expected scope of services:
A Dell Server PowerEdge R7525 or identical in construction is required for hosting AI applications as part of the publicly funded project IKID including installation/configuration or implementation. The time required for installation and configuration is estimated at two days. Furthermore, the offer should include a warranty of 5 years Next Business Day On-Site Service.
The installation and configuration should also include the installation and configuration of the operating system Debian 11.4 ("Bullseye") incl. current drivers/firmware for the installed hardware components (RAID with the SSD/HDD, GPU etc.). A short documentation for this is to be created.

Type of service, quantity and scope:
An AI application server with 64-core AMD CPU, 512 GB RAM, 1 x NVIDIA A100 GPU and 19.2 TB HDD and 6.1 TB SSD with a 5 year Next Business Day On-Site Warranty. Incl. installation and configuration.

Expected period of execution:
The server installation and configuration service should be provided within the month following the successful delivery of the server hardware.
