Description

Delivery of food with solution as part of the project: "Comprehensive protection of the European bison in Poland".The subject of the order is: Delivery of 80 tons of feed with solution, current maintenance of brogi and maintaining current cleanliness around the places of feeding and flipping, nagarniaaniem feed in the warehouse:- Hay - 53 tons (48 tons in bales, 5 tons in cubes of dimensions no larger than 50 cm x 50 cm x 130 cm, from this year's harvest in the district of Hajnówka, to avoid dragging unwanted species of plants and parasites),- Fodder beets - 25 tons, - Salt - 2 tons of salt cubes with selenium (licks) - cubes weighing 10 kg.Development and distribution of feed will take place in the period from the signing of the contract to 15.4.2020, according to the indications of the Ordering Party's Representatives (at least once a week) at the locations indicated by the Ordering Party. Preparation for work and adjustment of necessary machinery and equipment, access to the position indicated in the order and return, performance of the procedure - all with the use of means and forces at the disposal of the Contractor. The Contractor shall be obliged to clean up waste and perishable feed from the area outside the area administered by the Białowieża Forest Inspectorate on an ongoing basis, where feedstuffs shall be relayed. The contractor shall ensure proper cleanliness around the feeding points, supplement the feed and harrow unbroken, scattered hay from the bison to the brogues and take over the hay from the inner part of the brogues to the outside in order to ensure continuous access to the feed. The Contractor shall be obliged to maintain brogues at all times, including nailing and, if necessary, replacing detached rods, boards, roofing felt and other elements as specified by the Purchaser. Materials for current maintenance are provided by the Contractor. The Purchaser shall require that the hay be laid out by the Contractor in accordance with the orders submitted, and that any rope residue be removed on an ongoing basis. The contractor is obliged to check the degree of supplementing the brogues once a week, and in the period of severe frosts (below -10oC during the day) and snow cover twice a week, supplementing them and ensuring the availability of feed for animals (flipping, scraping). In case of snow cover over 20 cm, the Contractor is obliged to remove snow from the square around the feeding and lining places. In addition, the Contractor shall be obliged to transport the hay from the location where the excess hay will be transported to the place indicated by the Purchaser, in case of the Purchaser's indications. The quantity and frequency of feeding, as well as the frequency of feeding and brogi laying, maintenance of current cleanliness around the places of feeding and flipping, and feeding will be indicated in the order (the order will be issued by the Purchaser's representative - forester for hunting). The quantitative and qualitative acceptance of the works will be carried out by the forester for hunting on the "Works acceptance protocol" form. Work acceptance protocols shall constitute the basis for issuing an invoice for the karma delivered by the Contractor in a given month. The settlement of the karma delivered will take place on a monthly basis.
