Description

1) The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of an agricultural tractor (1 x) with RTK station (1 x), combine harvester (1 x) and fertilizer spreader (1 x) for retrofitting an agro electronics workshop at the Complex of Schools, College of Comprehensive Education in Gronów. Detailed conditions for the performance of the contract have been specified in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting annex no. 7 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference). 4. Agricultural tractor (1 piece): a) General requirements:1) the supplied tractor will perform a variety of agro-technical work at the rate of about 300 operating hours per year;2) the tractor must be suitable for outdoor storage or in an unheated garage (i.e. enclosed - ventilated, in a 3) the tractor must meet the technical requirements specified by the applicable regulations for vehicles driving on public roads, including, inter alia, technical conditions arising from the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 450) and secondary legislation thereto;4) the device must have the final European approval issued in accordance with art. 68 of the Act - Road Traffic Law;5) upon handing over the device, the Contractor shall attach all the documents necessary for registration in the territory of the Republic of Poland, as well as instructions in Polish (a registered tractor is acceptable);6) after delivering the tractor, the Contractor shall start it up - then a technical, operational and quality acceptance with participation of the Contractor's representative shall take place;7) the device is brand new from serial production (year of production 2021 or 2022);8) meeting emission standards at the level not worse than STAGE V;b) Technical parameters:1) diesel engine2) at least six-cylinder engine;3) rated power not less than 145hp with the possibility of temporary power increase under heavy load to at least 175hp; 4) rear PTO supporting at least speeds: 540/540E/1000; 5) front three-point linkage with at least 600kg weight; 6) at least 4 pairs of hydraulic outlets; 7) amortized cab equipped with heating, air conditioning, amortized operator's seat, passenger seat;8) amortized front axle;9) working and cab lights;10) daytime running lights; 11) approval for two persons in the cab;12) tractor rear retrofitting: automatic transport hitch, agricultural lower hitch, mechanical upper link;13) full adaptation to precision work(m.13) full adaptation for precise work (among others. 13) full adaptation to precision work (including displays, auto-steering, transceivers with the necessary activations (fixed, not expired) to auto-steering with an accuracy of at least 2-2.5 cm RTK, cooperation with the station RTK, machine management system at the headland (with the necessary activations fixed, not expired), with the necessary wiring, signal receiver;14) must have the approval and possess all the documents enabling registration in Poland; 15) section control system (section control) with the activation of the system not expiring; 16) must have the control of the rear linkage from the fenders; 17) must have the possibility of self-leading of the machine without the RTK station (at a lower accuracy than in pt. 18) telematics kit with full activation for min 3 years (machine visible on the web portal, the ability to read the parameters of the machine, error peaks);19) Contractor guarantees free updates of precision farming components for at least 3 years;20) the vehicle must be equipped with a fire extinguisher, a distinguishing triangular plate, a warning triangle and a yellow warning lamp.RTK station fully compatible with an agricultural tractor (1 piece):1) stationary or mobile;2) signal range of at least 3-5 km;3) signal reception from GPS and GLONASS satellites;4) basic accuracy of no more than +/- 2-3 cm;5) signal usability by any number of machines;6) equipped with radio modem and antenna;7) user manual in Polish;8) base station supports all receivers in direct radio connection with the station;9) delivery also includes software updates in the station for 3 years and training for 3 groups of students (no less than 20 people) and 3 teachers on the use of the station. a) General requirements:1) The harvester will be used at the rate of approximately 100 operating hours per year;2) brand new device from serial production (year of production 2021 or 2022);3) compliance with exhaust emission standards at a level not worse than STAGE V;4) the device must have the final European approval issued in accordance with Art. 68 of the Act on Road Traffic;5) after delivery of the tractor, the Contractor shall make its start-up - then a technical, operational and quality acceptance with the participation of the Contractor's representative shall take place.b) Technical parameters:1) maximum power not less than 240 hp;2) grain tank capacity of at least 8,000 l;3) at least 5 shakers;4) cab with heating, ventilation and automatic air conditioning and radio;5) working lights of LED type;6) grain harvesting unit;7) a transport trolley for the harvesting unit approved for driving on public roads; 8) a harvesting unit with a width of at least 4.5 m; 9) an area of the shakers of not less than 6 m2; 10) full adaptation to precision agriculture through the assistance systems installed in the machine (e.g. additional displays of autosteering10. full adaptation to precision agriculture by means of the assistance systems installed in the machine (e.g. additional auto-steering displays, preparation for auto-steering, under-harvest monitoring, moisture sensor, mass flow sensor, heap levelling sensor, grain loss sensors). The machine is equipped with a fully working auto-steering system cooperating with the RTK station and all necessary permanent - not expiring activations. 11) Set of telematics with full activation for min 3 years (machine visible on the web portal, the ability to read the parameters of the machine, read errors) 12) Contractor guarantees free updates of precision farming components for at least 3 years. Delivery address: Gronowo 128, 87-162 Lubicz;2) The Contractor shall provide free training to at least 4 persons designated by the Purchaser in the use of the subject matter of the contract. The training should take place within 30 days of delivery and its duration should be at least 5 clock hours;3) upon handover of the harvester, the Contractor shall provide a complete technical and operating manual in Polish, a warranty book, a service book, CE safety certificates (declarations of conformity). All documents must be translated into Polish;4) The Contractor shall provide a full warranty for a period of minimum 24 months. The warranty period starts with the official acceptance of the harvester by the Purchaser. 5) The Contractor undertakes to provide an authorized warranty service for the duration of the warranty period at no additional charge; 6) The authorized service of the equipment offered by the Contractor should be located in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province;7) The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with a list of authorised service centres within three days of concluding the contract; 8) The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide periodical inspections (during the warranty period) and warranty inspections in accordance with the requirements of the harvester manufacturer at the Ordering Party's site; the costs of travel to the site and the costs of materials needed for inspections (lubricants, oils, etc.) are covered by the Contractor.The Contractor shall cover the costs of travel to the site and of materials necessary for servicing (lubricants, oils, etc.). 9) The Contractor undertakes to undertake warranty repair by an authorized service within a maximum of three working days from notification of defect (phone/fax/e-mail). 1) Brand new device (year of manufacture 2021 or 2022)2) Tank capacity: at least 1400 l; 3) Spreading discs with reinforced blades to reduce rapid wear; 4) Working range of at least 18-28 m; 5) Control of sliders by electric actuators; 6) Rate control proportional to speed; 7) ISOBUS operation;8) Controller to control rates; 9) control of the mass flow separately on each disc;10) correction of the application rate for the right/left side at least every 1 second;11) variable working width by a smooth change of the application rate and speed of the spreading discs;12) mud guard;13) road lighting.14) The Contractor shall deliver and unload the subject matter of the contract at his own expense, ensuring its proper protection during transport and during loading and unloading. Delivery address: Gronowo 128, 87-162 Lubicz;15) The Contractor shall conduct, free of charge, training for at least 4 persons designated by the Ordering Party in the use of the subject matter of the contract. 16) Upon handing over the spreader, the Contractor shall provide full technical and operating manual in Polish, guarantee book, service book, CE safety certificates (declarations of conformity). All documents must be translated into Polish;17) The Contractor shall provide a full warranty for a period of minimum 24 months. The warranty period counts from the protocol acceptance of the spreader by the Purchaser. 18) The Contractor undertakes to provide an authorized warranty service during the warranty period at no extra charge; 19) The authorized service of the equipment offered by the Contractor should be located in Kujawsko-Pomorskie province;20) The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with the list of authorised service centres within three days from the date of concluding the agreement; 21) The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide periodical (during the warranty period) and warranty service in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer of the spreader at the Ordering Party's seat, the cost of travelling to the seat and the cost of materials necessary for the service is covered by the Contractor. 22) The Contractor undertakes to undertake warranty repair by an authorized service within a maximum of three working days from notification of defect (phone/fax/e-mail). 23) Warranty repair should be performed within 7 working days from receipt of notification of defect. If the repair requires parts to be replaced that need to be imported from abroad, the deadline for repairing the defect may not exceed 21 days from the date of notification. 24) Should a complaint be rejected by the Contractor, the Ordering Party may request an independent expert to carry out an examination of the scope of repair - if the Ordering Party's complaint proves to be justified, the costs of the expert examination shall be covered by the Contractor;25) The Contractor shall be liable to the Ordering Party for any physical defects revealed in the subject matter of the delivery;26) The Contractor shall be liable for the quality and compliance of the subject matter of the contract with the technical and quality requirements.
