Chile - Agreement for the Supply of Object Holder with frosted strip for 36 months for Hospital el Salvador.

Description

That the Hospital del Salvador needs to have an agreement for the supply of an object holder with a frosted strip for 36 months for the Hospital el Salvador in order to adequately and efficiently meet its healthcare needs;

That, due to the amount determined, the present bidding is located in the section for those contracts equal to or greater than 100 UTM and less than 1,000 UTM, in accordance with Article 19 bis of the Regulation of Law Nº19,886;

That, having made the respective consultations, the provision of the Agreement for the supply of the Object Holder with frosted strip for 36 months for the Hospital el Salvador is not available through the Framework Agreement offered in the Information System of the Purchasing Department, www.mercadopublico.cl;
