Chile - Agreement for the supply OF antilymphocyte t-immunoglobulin for 18 months for the hospital in el Salvador

Description

That, the Hospital del Salvador needs to have an ANTI-INFOCITAL IMMUNOGLOBULIN SUPPLY AGREEMENT FOR 18 MONTHS FOR THE HOSPITAL DEL SALVADOR in order to adequately and efficiently satisfy the healthcare work during the year 2020-2021;

That, for the amount determined, the present bidding is located in the section for contracts equal to or greater than 1,000 UTM and less than 5,000 UTM, in accordance with Article 19 bis of the Regulations of Law No. 19,886;

That, once the respective consultations have been made, the provision of these goods or services is not available through Framework Agreements offered in the Information System of the Purchasing Department, www.mercadopublico.cl
