Through the wording "according to PN-EN-13242 standard or equivalent" the Contracting Authority requires that aggregates for mixtures with continuous grain size of 0-31.5 mm and 0-63 mm meet the requirements specified in the standard for pk. 3.2(a)(a)(iii). (1-10).2. Through the wording "according to PN-EN standard - 13 242 or equivalent", the Contracting Authority requires that the stone 0.075/(4)5 mm meets the requirements specified in the standard in the scope of pk. 3.2(b)(b)(iii). (1-4).3. Through the wording "according to PN-S - 20205 or equivalent standard", the Contracting Authority shall require that sand for road use with a grain size distribution index: category not lower than: U5 corresponded to the requirements set out in the standard for pk. 3.2(c)(c)(i), (ii) and (iii). Therefore, the Economic Operator is obliged to prove that the deliveries offered by the Economic Operator meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, pursuant to Art. 30 (5) of the PPL Additional Information Act: 1. in order to prepare an offer by potential contractors, the Ordering Party provides, together with the ToR, a preliminary delivery schedule, which may change during the performance of the service (details of changes have been specified in the model contract).2. In case of doubt by the Ordering Party as to the parameters of aggregates delivered with the requirements specified in the ToR, the Ordering Party shall take a sample by a commission and then commission an independent laboratory to examine it. The result of the test, stating non-conformity of physicochemical parameters with those specified in this specification, shall result in the Contractor being charged with the costs of the tests, and the material shall be removed from the construction site at the Contractor's expense and replaced by the Contractor with another - in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements.4The existing forest road and storage yards are located within the Lubsko Forest Inspectorate 5. The result of the test, stating non-conformity of physicochemical parameters with those specified in this specification, shall result in the Contractor being charged with the costs of the tests, and the material shall be removed from the construction site at the Contractor's expense and replaced by the Contractor with another - in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements.4The existing forest road and storage yard is located in the Cybinka Forest Inspectorate.5. Due to the limitations of the DMC, the Contracting Authority recommends that access roads be thoroughly identified.6. The Contractor obtains appropriate driving permits from road managers.7. Unloading will be carried out directly on the fire road under construction in the place indicated by the Contracting Authority. Due to the limited space available for storage yards, deliveries will be made successively as the works progress.8. The cost of possible reloading of aggregate into smaller vehicles should be included in its unit price.9 The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce by a maximum of 50% the value of deliveries of aggregates being the subject of the contract and the contract. Deliveries shall be settled on the basis of unit prices.
