Description

Under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, the Agence BIO works to develop and promote French organic agriculture. Within the framework of its missions, the Agence BIO has an information system consisting of the following components The notification portal allowing all organic operators in France (producers, processors, distributors, importers, storekeepers, restaurateurs) to declare their organic activities and enter into a certification process with a dedicated organization. The organic directory to make public the list of notified and certified organic operators based on the database of the notification portal. The statistical IS consisting of a datawarehouse gathering all historical information of organic operators based on the data of the notification portal, accompanied by dynamic reporting on a third party application. The DataViz available to the general public on the website of Agence BIO, based on the statistical IS and providing a vision of the situation and development of the organic sector (on production and consumption). CartoBio "Pro": web application for farmers and certifying bodies aiming at creating a geographical layer of organic land parcels; certified and interoperable between the actors of organic farming certification (project in progress), CartoBio "General public": web application offering an interactive cartographic visualization of the organic land parcels layer. The bricks of the information system concerned by this market are the DataViz and CartoBio "General public" tools, to be put online in June 2022 and November 2022 respectively. The framework agreement for the provision of IT services is made up of a single batch of project management assistance services, the objectives of which are: to take over and develop the existing applications, and to ensure the application and development maintenance of these applications.
