Description

The subject of the services are supporting coordination and project management services in IT, data, building, facility and project management as well as in particular consulting services for the project "Digitisation VB-BW". the contractor shall support the project management for all sub-projects of the project "Digitisation VB-BW" and carry out the associated tasks in the sense of an operative multi-project management according to DIN 69909 and according to IPMA/GPM, PMI or Prince (or comparable) in cooperation with the overall project management of the client and ensure the achievement of the objectives. the contractor shall be responsible for the project management of all sub-projects of the project "Digitisation VB-BW". the contractor shall be responsible for the project management of the project according to DIN 69909 and according to IPMA/GPM, PMI or Prince (or comparable).In addition, continuous advisory support for the client in decisions and strategic questions within the framework of digitisation in facility management and building operation is to be provided.
