Description
The Vosges Departmental Council wishes to support the fight against food waste in the collective restaurants of the Agrilocal platform buyers. The objective is to promote high-quality, environmentally friendly collective catering based on healthy products from local circuits. The service aims to carry out a diagnosis of food waste and to work with the establishments to draw up an action plan to combat food waste.The service provider's approach to waste must focus on limiting the waste produced but also on a global dynamic of continuous improvement: with the savings made by reducing food waste, it is possible to improve the quality of food, meal conditions, canteen equipment to further reduce waste, improve the well-being of cooks and guests, etc..
