Description

The subject of the contract is the design and production of educational materials together with the Internet platform and the development of scripts and production of 4 instructional films within the framework of the project entitled "Priority Spine" (CPV: 79341400-0 - Advertising campaign services, 79342200-5 - Promotion services, 79340000-9 - Advertising and marketing services).2. The Contracting Authority is implementing the project under the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020, priority axis V Support for health, measure 5.1 Prevention programmes.3A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract specifying the Contracting Authority's requirements, scope and method of its implementation is contained in the following attachments:1) Appendix no. 1B to the ToR - Guidelines for the Internet platform, films and educational materials;2) Appendix no. 1C to the ToR - Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ);3) Appendix no. 7 to the ToR - Draft contract.

Detailed scope of service for Task 1 has been described in Annex 1B - Guidelines for the Internet platform, educational materials and instructional videos and 1C to ToR - Description of the subject matter of the contract,- Task 2 - consisting in the development of scripts and production of 4 instructional videos for the project participants, in accordance with the content of Annex 1B - Guidelines for the Internet platform, educational materials and instructional videos.a. Detailed scope of service for Task 2 has been described in Annex 1C to ToR - Description of the subject matter of the contract.4In the case of the description of the subject matter of the contract (annex no. 1B and 1C to ToR) by reference to standards, European technical evaluations, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 30 par. 1 item 2 and par. 3 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority allows for solutions equivalent to those described. The Economic Operator who invokes equivalent solutions is obliged to prove that the services offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Awarding Entity.5 The contract concerns the project from European Union funds. The project entitled "Spine priority" within the framework of the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020, priority axis V Support for health, measure 5.1 Prevention programmes.
