Haugesund Municipality, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority, is in need of a framework agreement for communication services related to reputation and ongoing communication tasks.
The contracting authority is looking for a collaboration partner that can provide full-scale communication services on both a strategic and operative level. This will, amongst other things, be the provision of pictures, film, film recordings, and/or editing, graphical expression digitally and on paper, text, campaigns and signage.The communication services must be adapted to Haugesund Municipality's relevant communication channels at all times. Applicable national and local guidelines will reflect the communication work, which will be carried out in close collaboration with the municipality's professional expertise and information department. The duration of the contract is 2 years, with a unilateral option for extension for 1 + 1 year.
