Description

With the introduction of new applications and products, gematik is further expanding its internal and external communications. The subject of this tender is therefore the conclusion of a framework agreement for lead (lot 1) and media agency services (lot 2) at gematik. Via the framework agreements (LOS), communication measures for public relations and product marketing measures are to be available according to pre-agreed conditions.
The LOS 1 with a maximum value (fixed, value-based total volume of individual call-offs for this lot under the framework agreement; no minimum call-off quantity or call-off obligation!) of 2.850,320.00 EURincludes the lead agency services with the service categories:-conception/strategy/consulting-project management-art direction-illustration-design/layout/design-animation-campaign/storytelling-editing-proofreading-researchThe LOS 2 with a maximum value (fixed, total volume by value of the individual call-offs for this lot under the framework agreement; no minimum call-off quantity or call-off obligation!) of EUR 450,912.00 includes the media agency services with the service categories:-Conception/Strategy/Consulting-Project Management, Reporting-Community Management-Operative SoMe-Management-Media Planning, Purchasing, Implementation-Search Engine Marketing (SEA)For the complete description, please refer to the service description (part of the award documents).
