Description
The subject of the procurement is a public contract for services in the field of public relations. The state of North Rhine-Westphalia, represented by the Ministry of Finance, commissions the contractor under this contract as a creative and advertising agency for marketing and communication strategies/concepts in the context of a further development of the current training and image campaign to develop, elaborate and realise design services. Both contracting parties are bound by a mutual fidelity relationship. Within the scope of this assignment, the contractor acts as a marketing, communication and design agency for the Ministry of Finance.
