Framework agreement for the appointment of a communication and/or advertising agency to help us define and develop marketing and communication objectives and strategies to achieve VDAB objectives during the period 2023-2027.
VDAB is looking for a structural partner in the field of communication and marketing. This lead agency assumes the role of strategic partner and, together with the communication and marketing department, is responsible for the impactful and consistent positioning and monitoring of the VDAB brand. The aim is to clearly position VDAB through a well-founded brand strategy to all the different target groups in both online and offline media. The role of creative partner includes devising and implementing creative concepts in line with the brand strategy, creative sparring with VDAB's communication and marketing staff, refreshing existing concepts and creating varied always-on content. This can be in the context of both external and internal communications. Negotiation and purchase of media space are not part of the implementation of the actions referred to here. The role of the marketing partner is to help formulate the objectives within the principles of the marketing vision and to be able to realize the corresponding marketing communication strategies. You help preserve and strengthen VDAB's brand positioning.
