Description

The contract is made up of a single lot as it is functionally inseparable due to the need to ensure unitary design and coordination for services that must be carried out in an integrated form. The duration of the contract (excluding any options) is one year -1 - starting presumably from 1.9.2019 and expiring on 31.8.2020. The amount of the contract for the certain contract period is EUR 289 200,00 including VAT (for services subject to VAT will be paid at the statutory rate), of which EUR 200,00 will be for Duvri charges. Compared to the presumed value of the assignment, the incidence of labour costs is estimated at 80%. Open procedure pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 to be awarded with the criterion of the most economically advantageous tender, pursuant to art. 95, par. 2, D.Amount subject to reduction: EUR 289,000.00.The contracting authority reserves the right to renew the contract under the same normal economic conditions for a period of one to one years, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in art. 1.3 of the Special Tender Specifications. Pursuant to art. 35 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and for the purposes of payment of the ANAC contribution, the maximum estimated value of the contract is EUR 693 800.00 including VAT, including security charges determined as follows: - estimated value for the contract period (1.9.2019-31.8.2020) EUR 289 000,00, - security charges from interference risks EUR 200,00, - option to renew further year (1.9.2020-31.8.2021) EUR 289 000,00, - option to increase 20 % EUR 115 600,00. Total EUR 693 800,00.
