Description

Current status:
Klinikum Kulmbach is a level II municipal hospital with 540 beds and 13 departments with beds, centers for geriatric traumatology, endoprosthetics and spine as well as organ centers for breast cancer, colon cancer and prostate diseases.

There are two associated medical care centers.

The Stadtsteinach specialist clinic with 87 beds and specialist departments for geriatric and orthopaedic rehabilitation as well as internal medicine with an acute geriatric treatment unit also belongs to the Kulmbach Hospital Association.
The hospital information system medico//S (HIS) from CGM has been implemented.
The AMONDIS software from uhb-consulting is used for accounting and medical controlling. AMOR is used for materials management. The LIS OPUS from Dedalus Labor GmbH and IntelliSpace Radiology-Enterprise PACS from Philips are used. Torin from getinge is used for OR documentation.
Project:
We are planning to procure a pathology information system that enables the connection of a slide and capsule printing system and includes a so-called tracking system. (i.e. electronic traceability of where the sample is currently located and which processing step is currently being carried out). The aim is for all work steps to be recorded electronically in the future.
This project is being implemented as part of the Hospital Future Act (KHZG), funding item 9. The MANDATORY criteria of funding item 9 (information technology, communication technology and robotics-based equipment, systems or procedures and telemedical networks Section 19 (1) sentence 1 no. 9 KHSFV) are assumed to be known. Only providers who can fulfill all the required MUST criteria will be considered for the award. The provider must also confirm that all requirements relating to the use of the telematics infrastructure are met.

This means offering
1. software:
Both the Pathology and Laboratory Information System (PLIS) including all necessary interfaces as well as required database licenses (e.g. Oracle) and system-related software (e.g. backup software) must be included.
At the time of commissioning, both the current software version and system-related software such as database version, server, operating system version must be installed.

2. project implementation and project management, as well as legacy data transfer from the existing DC Pathos.

3. training package:
- Administration, parameterization, configuration of the application.
for the key users of the various professional groups at the Institute of Pathology
At least 5 person days.
- End user training for the various user groups of the Institute of Pathology
At least 5 person days must be provided for this. Otherwise, the user training is carried out according to the train-the-trainer principle. (key users).
- The required training courses are called up according to the progress of the project and invoiced according to the actual time and effort required.

4. maintenance contract for 5 (inflation adjustment) years. The maintenance fee may not be increased during this period.

5. costs for one day of service
- Remote
- On site. An on-site service day includes all expenses. Travel time is not working time.
At least five reference projects of the same size with already realized interfaces to CGM medico must be specified, in addition 10 PLIS installations in Germany
The interface costs incurred by CGM medico must be requested and stated in the proposal. (Compilation point 1.3)
The required functionalities for the interfaces to be set up are described in the requirement criteria below.
