Acquisition of furniture for RBQ offices

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

With this call for tenders, the RBQ wishes to acquire office furniture for its offices, in order to optimize the space used. At present, the furniture does not adequately respond to new ergonomic orientations and offer varied and functional spaces.

EXPECTED CONTRACT DURATION

The contracts will run for 36 months, starting on or around August 5, 2024 and ending on or around August 4, 2027.

RECEIPT OF BIDS

The service provider's bid must reach the attention of the RBQ Contract Management Advisor before 9:30 a.m. on July 15, 2024. All documents received after these deadlines will not be considered.

Service providers submitting paper bids must hand-deliver them to the 8th floor door of 800, place D'Youville, Québec (Québec) G1R 5S3. They are invited to use the return label presented in article 1.05.09 of the "Régie".

Paper bids will be considered only if received on the 8th floor of Place D'Youville.

The service provider assumes full responsibility for the transmission of its bid.

RBQ REPRESENTATIVE

The RBQ obliges the service provider to speak exclusively to this person and to no other person in connection with this call for tenders, unless otherwise specified by the RBQ. Failure to do so may result in the elimination of the service provider.

TENDER OPENING

Tenders will be opened at 800 Place D'Youville, Quebec City, 8th floor, on July 15 at 9:30 a.m.

COMPLAINTS HANDLING

For this call for tenders, complaints must be submitted electronically no later than July 2, 2024.

The RBQ does not undertake to accept any of the bids received.

The RBQ representative reserves the right not to consider any request for clarification made by the service provider less than three business days prior to the deadline for receipt of bids.
