CALL FOR TENDERS: KI-2024-184
TITLE: Procurement of electrical supplies for arctic maritime services August 2024
Sealed tenders will be received by Kativik Ilisarniliriniq Nunavik School Board or its authorized representative at its office located at 510 - 900 Cavendish, Saint-Laurent (Québec) H4M 2V9, until May 14, 2024 before 10:00 a.m. for the call for tenders "KI-2024-184 Acquisition de fournitures électriques pour la desserte maritime de l'arctique aout 2024".
Tenders will be publicly opened at 510 - 900 Cavendish, Saint-Laurent (Québec) H4M 2V9 on May 14, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the presence of interested persons.
Persons and companies interested in this call for tenders may obtain the tender documents from the electronic tendering service (SEAO) by contacting one of the representatives by telephone at 1-866-669-7326 or 514-856-6600, or by consulting the website www.seao.ca. Documents may be obtained at the cost established by SEAO. Kativik Ilisarniliriniq; reserves the right to reject any bid where the bidder has not obtained the tender document directly from the SEAO including addendums (if applicable).
Furthermore, Kativik Ilisarniliriniq assumes no responsibility for any written notices or documents transmitted through the electronic system being incomplete or containing any errors or omissions whatsoever. Accordingly, all bidders must ensure, prior to bidding, that they obtain all documents related to this call for tenders via the SEAO.
Bids must be submitted in an envelope bearing the identification described in section 1.05.08 of the "REGIE" document of the call for tenders.
