Canada - Acquisition of eight propane unit heaters to heat two greenhouse tunnels at the Normandin forest nursery

The Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts (MRNF), through its Direction générale adjointe des pépinières, within the Direction générale de la production de semences et de plants forestiers, is seeking bids for a supply contract to acquire a propane unit heater and its connection to the propane network at the Normandin forest nursery to supply two greenhouse tunnels.

The construction site is located at: Pépinière forestière de Normandin, 134 chemin Alfred-Villeneuve, Normandin, Québec, G8M 4R7.

The contract will commence on the date of signature and end on January 13, 2025. All goods must be delivered no later than December 13, 2024.

The bid must be submitted by a contractor having, in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable government agreements, an establishment where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours.

The Minister draws your attention to sections 3.11 and 3.12 of the call for tenders document, which set out the conditions of contractor eligibility and bid compliance that must be met for this call for tenders.

The Minister does not undertake to accept any of the bids received, in particular when she deems that the prices are too high or disproportionate or do not reflect a fair price.
