Invitation to tender

The Ministère de l'Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l'Alimentation (MAPAQ) is seeking bids for the acquisition of a software-as-a-service (SaaS) accounting package to manage accounts receivable and cash receipts from the department's customers.

Project value

MAPAQ estimates the scope of the mandate at between $500,000 and $800,000. This order of magnitude is indicative and does not constitute a minimum or maximum.

Description of options

The contract is for a period of three years. The contract will be automatically renewed under the same terms and conditions for two additional consecutive periods of twelve months, unless the "Minister" gives the "Supplier" written notice 30 days prior to the renewal date of his intention not to renew the contract.
