SA24-1006 Acquisition and real estate development of the industrial ecopark
TERA8 ECOLOGICAL BUSINESS PARK
The Ville de Terrebonne wishes to sell an industrial lot located in the Lachenaie Est sector, north of Chemin des Quarante-Arpents and Highway 640, on which it owns the industrial real estate development project and the construction of municipal infrastructures and utilities for the Espace économique écologique Tera8. Terrebonne is a strategic and dynamic location for industrial businesses and industrial real estate development.
Through this call for proposals, the Ville de Terrebonne is seeking proposals for the acquisition of this industrial land by a proponent, and for the realization of the industrial real estate development project. The complete call for proposals documents will be available through the Système électronique d'appel d'offres (SEAO), telephone 1 866 669-7326 , as of April 24, 2024. Fees for obtaining documents, as well as all payment terms, are set by and payable to SEAO.
Proposals in sealed envelopes (number SA24-1006 and the name of the project) addressed to the undersigned, will be received at the Ville de Terrebonne, Direction de l'administration et finances, 513 montée Masson, Terrebonne, no later than 11:00 a.m. on June 12, 2024 , to be opened in camera, after the deadline for receipt has expired. Our office hours are 8:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
The City assumes no responsibility for the incompleteness, errors or omissions of any written notices or documents transmitted electronically. Accordingly, all proposers must ensure, prior to submitting their proposal, that they have obtained all documents and addenda, if any, related to this call for proposals.
The Ville de Terrebonne does not undertake to accept the highest or any of the proposals received and opened.
