SUBJECT: CONTRACT NO. 2024-2231, RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION AND INSTALLATION OF PREFABRICATED PREMISES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES AT THE MUNICIPAL GARAGE

The call for tenders concerns the acquisition and installation of prefabricated office space at the municipal garage located at 740, chemin de la Grande-Côte in Boisbriand.

Tenders in sealed envelopes bearing the above-mentioned contract number must be received by 11:00 a.m. local time on Friday, October 25, 2024, at the following address

Bids will be publicly opened on Friday, October 25, 2024 at 11 a.m. local time.

All relevant conditions are described in the tender documents, which can be obtained through the Electronic Tendering System (ETS) at www.seao.gouv.qc.ca.

Only bids from a contractor or supplier with an establishment in Quebec, or with an establishment in a territory covered by an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement applicable to the City, will be accepted.

The City of Boisbriand does not undertake to accept any of the bids received, nor to incur any obligation or expense of any kind towards the bidder(s).
