Acquisition and installation of an LED video wall
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Through this call for tenders, the CNESST wishes to engage a supplier for the acquisition and installation of two LED video walls, as well as the components required for their operation.
EXPECTED CONTRACT DURATION
The contract will have an approximate duration of 12 months, beginning on the date of signature and ending when all goods have been delivered, installed and accepted by the CNESST.
WORK LOCATION
The work will take place in Quebec City.

RECEIPT OF BIDS
The supplier's bid must reach the attention of the CNESST contract management advisor before 10 a.m. on November 15, 2023 . All documents received after these deadlines will not be considered.
Suppliers submitting paper bids must present them to DÉBARCADÈRE, 1600, avenue D'Estimauville, Québec (Québec) G1J 0H7. They are invited to use the return label attached to "Book 1 - Main Document".
IMPORTANT: The landing is accessible via rue des Gros-Becs.
Paper bids will be considered only if they are received at the loading dock on avenue D'Estimauville.
Electronic bids may only be submitted via the Quebec government's electronic tendering system (SÉAO) and must be combined in a single PDF file.
The supplier assumes full responsibility for the transmission of its bid.

The CNESST requires the supplier to speak exclusively to this person and to no other person in connection with this call for tenders, unless otherwise specified by the CNESST. Failure to do so may result in elimination of the supplier.
OPENING OF BIDS
Tenders will be opened at 1600, avenue D'Estimauville, Québec, room 0621, on November 15, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. At the same time, CNESST will broadcast the bid opening live via the Microsoft Teams platform.
COMPLAINTS HANDLING
Information on the procedure for receiving and examining complaints is available on the CNESST website at www.cnesst.gouv.qc.ca /complaints-contractual-process.
In the context of this call for tenders, complaints must be submitted electronically no later than November 2, 2023.
OTHER INFORMATION
CNESST does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received.
The supplier must submit only one bid.
The CNESST representative reserves the right not to consider any request for clarification made by the supplier and sent less than three working days before the date and time set for the receipt of bids.
Tender documents are available only through the SÉAO electronic system.
