Description
1. Law 18.695, Organic Constitutional Law of Municipalities;
2. Law 19.886, of Bases on Administrative Contracts for Supplies and Services, as amended;
3. Decree 250 of 2004, of the Ministry of Finance, which approves the Regulations of Law 19.886, as amended;
4. Mayor's Decree No. 1373, dated June 29, 2021, whereby Mr. Christian Gross Hidalgo assumes the functions of Mayor of the commune of Los Vilos;
5. Mayor's Decree No. 2637, dated December 27, 2023, which approves the 2024 municipal budget;
6. Request Form N°26, dated March 20, 2024, from the Public Safety Department, requesting the acquisition and installation of community alarm kits for the Commune of Los Vilos.
