ACQUISITION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INTEGRATED PAYROLL, TIME AND HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

Submissions in sealed envelopes marked Submission SA2020-089 P and addressed to the City of Blainville, Legal Services at 1000 che-min du Plan-Bouchard, Blainville, Quebec, J7C 3S9, will be received until 9:00 a.m. on DECEMBER 14, 2020. Tenders will be opened at 9:01 a.m. on the same day or as soon as possible thereafter at City Hall located at 1000, chemin du Plan-Bouchard, Blainville, Quebec.

Only bids prepared on the official bid forms provided by the City of Blainville will be considered. These forms and other documents required for the preparation of bids will be obtained by consulting the Electronic Tendering System (www.seao.ca).
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified cheque, bank draft or an unconditional and irrevocable bank letter of guarantee in the amount of $25,000 in favour of the City of Blainville as bid security.
The City of Blainville does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and will not incur any obligation or costs of any nature whatsoever towards the tenderer(s).
