Description

Performing as an independent expert:- the annual audit (as of 2023), consisting of interim and year-end audits, of Nova College's consolidated financial statements resulting in a management letter and an audit report from which the auditor's report follows.- the funding audit resulting in the Assurance report.- a number of separate audits to be determined, for which the Nova College is required to provide the central government (ministries) and other grantors with an unqualified opinion. (on demand).- the natural advisory function as an extension of the audit and grant audits.
The scope of the assignment is estimated at approximately €180,000 per year (including VAT). This amount is also the available budget. No rights can be derived from this amount.
