The purpose of this tendering procedure of the Municipality of Enschede, hereinafter referred to as the Municipality, is to conclude a multi-year (3 years with 2 extensions of 1 year) agreement with a single Candidate for the performance of ISAE 3402 audits, the issue of ISAE 3402 statements I and II, and the provision of advice in this respect.The Municipality already has a current agreement with the Deloitte Audit Department for auditing and reporting on the Annual Accounts.The Municipality wishes to contract a professional ISAE 3402 audit services/audit team c.Candidate that, among other things: acts proactively in its contact with the Client, cooperates professionally with the external audit department and the organizations supervised by the Client;is reliable and reliable in the way it performs its work;has extensive knowledge and experience within the specific municipal environment;consists of experienced team members
