Description

Kennisnet is required to draw up annual accounts each year. In addition, Kennisnet must submit annual financial statements in accordance with the Dus-i model that are in accordance with Kennisnet's subsidy regulations. In addition, the Minister of Education, Culture and Science has issued an Audit Protocol for the audit and a Model Auditor's Report. The subsidy regulations, Accountants Protocol for the OCW, SZW and VWS Subsidies Framework Scheme and the associated model auditor's report are included as Appendix B. Both the annual accounts and the financial statements must be submitted with an unqualified auditor's report.
Kennisnet must draw up annual accounts each year. In addition, Kennisnet must submit annual financial statements in accordance with the Zo-i model that are in accordance with Kennisnet's subsidy regulations. In addition, an audit protocol has been issued by the Minister of Education, Culture and Science for the audit and there is a Model audit report. The subsidy regulations, the Audit Protocol for the OCW, SZW and VWS subsidy regulations and the associated model audit report are included as Appendix B. Both the annual accounts and the financial statements must be submitted with an unqualified auditor's report. For a number of additionally funded projects, Kennisnet must submit financial statements, including an auditor's report. In addition to an audit assignment for the annual accounts, these additional assignments will also be issued to the auditor as an integral part of this tender procedure. In 2019 there will be four additionally funded projects for which a separate audit report will be requested. Kennisnet is therefore looking for an auditor who, in the area of audit engagements, has at least experience with:1. the audit of semi-public institutions. These are private organisations that have a subsidy relationship with the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, SZW or the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport and fall under the framework subsidies framework for OCW, SZW and the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport;2. European tendering procedures;3. framework of standards and policy rules WNT;4. European and Dutch competition and state aid rules.
