Description

Financing project pursuant to art. 183 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, public initiative, for the design and transformation and management of the building called "Scuola Materna di via Firenze" to be used as an information and cultural accommodation facility for excursion tourism (hostel).
European open tender, to be awarded on the basis of the economically most advantageous offer, identified on the basis of the best value for money, pursuant to Articles 60, 95 and 183, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree of 18.4.2016, no. 50 (hereinafter only the Code) called by the Municipality of La Spezia for the award of the final and executive design and works for the transformation of the building "Nursery School of Via Firenze" and the consequent concession in management of the same to be used as an informative and cultural accommodation facility and on excursion tourism in the form of hostel under Regional Law n. 32/2014.
