Description

Insurance policy for death or disability due to personal accidents for groups of persons insured by the Generalitat de Catalunya.
The contracting, by the Directorate General of Financial Policy, Insurance and Treasury of the Generalitat de Catalunya, as policyholder, of the corresponding personal accident insurance policies in accordance with Royal Decree 1588/1999, of October 15, approving the Regulation on the instrumentation of pension commitments of companies with employees and beneficiaries, for the following groups of persons:1-Staff with an employment relationship with the Generalitat de Catalunya and the right to insurance coverage established by agreement, pact or collective bargaining.2- Staff with no employment relationship with the Generalitat de Catalunya and the right to accident insurance coverage established by agreement, pact or collective bargaining. Personnel without an employment relationship with the Generalitat de Catalunya and entitled to accident insurance coverage.
