Description

The present framework agreement concerns complementary benefits to the basic Social Security health and provident schemes within the framework of the compulsory scheme, in accordance with articles L 242-1 and L 911-1 of the Social Security Code and article 83 of the General Tax Code, for 1,600 managerial and non-managerial employees (3,200 beneficiaries) of the Compagnie des Transports Strasbourgeois.The purpose of this framework agreement is to:- Simplify and optimize the Health Care Plan,- Optimize the Death Benefit Plan,- Manage the Health Care and Death Benefit Plans,- Monitor the quality of service provided by the service provider.
This contract is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 50,000,000 euros over the duration of the contract (60 months).This framework agreement is concluded for a period of 5 years (60 months). It will start on January 1, 2023.
