Description

The CSTB wishes to establish a "Supplementary health insurance" contract for its personnel:- for personnel under private status, compulsory membership (subject to the exemptions provided for);- for personnel under the territorial civil service, optional membership possible in accordance with the provisions of Decree 2011-1474 of 8.11.2011).The contract must be "responsible" in accordance with the texts in force, in particular Decree nº 2014-1374 of 18.The contract must be "responsible" in accordance with the texts in force, in particular Decree No. 2014-1374 of 18.11.2014, Circular DSS/SD2A/SD3C/SD5D/2015/30 of 30.1.2015 and Decree No. 2019-21 of 11.1.2019.Effect of the contract: 1.1.2022 (00:00).Duration of the contract: 60 months.End of the contract: 31.12.2026 (24:00).Due date: 1 January of each year.The nature and extent of the guarantees are detailed in the Special Conditions (CCP) No. 21r020 of the present tender.
The nature and extent of the cover are detailed in the Special Conditions of Contract (CCP) No. 21r020 of this consultation. This consultation is reserved for organisations that carry and fund the risks covered by the contract for which they are applying and for which they are approved by the national supervisory authority on which they depend. Intermediaries authorised to present insurance operations (Orias certificate to be provided - except if service provider not subject to Orias) may also apply in addition to these bodies. An intermediary may not apply alone, as his application would not be eligible. If several bodies are directly involved (direct contractual link between each body and the policyholder) in covering the risks covered by the same contract, they must all be members of the group.
