ACCESS AND MOTORIZATION
AT POMA 2 OF THE MONT-CASTOR
The Town of Matane is requesting tenders for access and motorization work at poma 2 of the Mont-Castor ski resort.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
All the conditions mentioned in this call for tenders are contained in the tender documents, which are sold exclusively through the Electronic Bidding System (OBCS) available at the following Internet address: https://www.seao.ca (notice number 2017-016_MG). The documents are available as of June 5, 2019.
Bids must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the bid opening date.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
In addition to contractors with an establishment in Quebec, those with an establishment in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement applicable to the municipality are authorized to bid on the work.
To be valid, all bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified cheque, bank draft, bond or bank guarantee valid for a period of ninety (90) days in an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, including taxes, and issued to the CITY OF MATANE.
BID OPENING
Submissions must be received in sealed envelopes before 11:00 a.m. National Research Council of Canada time (Quebec time) on Friday, July 5, 2019 at the Registry Office located at 611 Saint-Rédempteur Avenue, Matane, Quebec, G4W 1K7. The envelope must be marked "SUBMISSION: ACCESS AND MOTORIZATION TO POMA 2 OF THE MONT-CASTOR". Submissions received by fax or e-mail are not accepted. Bids received after the deadline will be returned to bidders unopened. The public opening of the bids will take place at 11:05 a.m. on the same day at the Marie-Guyart Building, 611 avenue Saint-Rédempteur, Matane (Québec) G4W 1K7. Complaint deadline (DDP): June 20, 2019. Deadline for responding to complaints (DRP): July 2, 2019.
The City of Matane does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and incurs no obligation or costs of any kind to the bidder(s).
