Canada - ACAN13 - Elevator Modernization

Description

This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) but an Advance Contract Notice (ACAN). This is a public notice indicating to the supplier community that the Town of Cochrane (the Town) intends to award to a pre-identified supplier believed to be the only one capable of providing the services/goods detailed below. Suppliers that meet all requirements below may submit a statement of capabilities outlining specifically how they meet each requirement.  The decision to reject a statement of capabilities for this notice will be at the sole discretion of the Town and will be based on the Town’s determination of the statement of capabilities successfully meeting or exceeding the criteria detailed below. If no supplier meets the criteria or submits a statement of capabilities that meets the requirements set out in this ACAN, the Town intends to proceed with awarding the contract to the pre-identified supplier.TITLE:            Elevator ModernizationVENDOR:       Thessen Krupp Elevators (TKE)
