Description
Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA) intends to contract with Conair Group Inc. on the basis that they are the only supplier that meets SPSA's requirements for this procurement as identified in Appendix “A” attached to this ACAN, and is capable in providing two (2) retrofitted DeHavilland Dash 8-Q400 T(Tanker) aircraft and two (2) retrofitted DeHavilland Dash 8 Q400 MR (Multi Role) aircraft with delivery scheduled for March 31, 2029.
