Description

Project Information:Hazardous Building Materials Abatement and Associated Works for the property located at 301 E. Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC. The subject building is a 2-storey structure with basement.  The building is in a dilapidated condition, and the structure may have been compromised. The scope of work includes structural shoring in the interior of the building to provide safe access, clean up and disposal of all building contents, and abatement of hazardous building materials.  The building is presumed to contain disturbed asbestos material and biohazards (sharp objects, used needles, etc.).  Appropriate precautions must be taken prior to entry into the building for assessment and execution of the work. Eligible Bidders See Appendix A for details in the ITT Invitation to Tender document.Discipline: Hazardous and Abatement ContractorQualification Range: Open to Acute and Non-Acute Pre-Qualified Hazardous Materials Abatement Contractors project greater than $100K A mandatory site visit of the proposed work will take place as follows:
