A. General1. Initial situationThe City of Hilden, hereinafter also referred to as the client, is dependent on functional and ergonomic office equipment in order to fulfill its tasks. This equipment also includes suitable office furniture, which helps to ensure that occupational health and safety requirements are met.2. basis of the invitation to tenderThis invitation to tender requires applicants to provide information on their financial and economic capacity as well as information on their professional and technical capability.On the basis of the documents submitted, the contracting authority will determine which applicants meet the requirements in terms of professional expertise, capability and reliability.3.Framework contractThe City of Hilden will conclude a framework contract for the procurement of office furniture on the basis of the result of the tender and the following framework specifications.This contract relates to the procurement of- desks - see item C.,- cabinet systems - see item D.,- pedestals and mobile pedestals - see item Efor the office workplaces of the "core administration". This includes the office workplaces in the town hall and the external administrative offices (e.g. central building yard, cemetery administration).Workplaces in the schools, day care centers and youth facilities (e.g. youth centers) are also included, insofar as office workplaces are available or are to be set up there.This framework agreement does not include, for example, the furnishing of group rooms in day care centers or classrooms. Since the furniture must fit in with the existing office equipment, the following office furniture systems must be offered:- Desks = Assmann Canvaro C-foot, no T-foot desired (or comparable)- Cabinet systems = Assmann Allvia (or comparable)- Pedestals and mobile pedestals = Assmann Pontis (or comparable)Light gray must be available as the top decor for all furniture systems and white aluminum as the color for the frames of the sitting/standing tables. The selection of other decors and frame colors is desirable.
