Description

A combined supply and service contract is required. Essential requested delivery items are:
- Tablets for mobile data acquisition and the associated software (TEF).
- A comprehensive evaluation module (AWM),
- Connection to the accounting software UniPro (including the possibility to read the health card into the TEF)
- Connection to the mission control software IGNISplus,
- Comprehensive training of existing and new employees during the contract period
- Maintenance of the entire system (including replacement of defective or lost tablets)
- 24-hour/7-day hotline for maintenance and support
- Delivery and training of updates
- Elaboration of all concepts relevant to data protection and fulfillment of all data protection requirements in handling patient data, as well as legally compliant digital archiving for at least 30 years
- Connection to the existing devices in the Cologne Rescue Service that have a digital interface (e.g. C3-Corpuls, Meduvent Weinmann, Medumat-Transport)
- Provision of data for material management
- Possibility of digital checklists
- Solution for the digital transfer of the recorded patient data to the further treatment facilities or the control of printers available there.
- Connection to fee accounting systems

As additional special features, the performance requirements also include the connection to a telemedical system for the transmission of the recorded data to the tele-emergency physician and the possibility of creating certificates for each emergency worker on duty.
