Cockpit Stands specifically designed for the A-10 Thunderbolt and meets OSHA Fall Protection & ANSI Regulations. Design has undergone FEA and Proof Load Testing and is rated to 1,000lb load capacity. Includes cut out for cockpit ladder. Includes translating staircase with 4" urethane over iron core casters, sliders to fit the contour of the A/C and Oil and UV Resistant Rubber Bumpers for all areas that may come in contact with the A/C. Manually actuated lifting jacks allow for height adjustment. Stand length can be reconfigured to reduce its length by 24 inches. Electrical & Pneumatic Circuits for the connection of tools utilized by aircraft maintainers. Aluminum construction, corrosion resistant stainless steel hardware, tool-less removal of handrails, powder coated handrail - Color: Safety Yellow. Stands will be procured, delivered & setup by the contractor.
Dimensions: Nominal Length - 145"; Nominal Width - 48"; Minimum Height - 76"; Maximum Height - 100".
Two stands total, one stand will be set-up for the left side of the A-10 cockpit & one stand will be set-up for the right side of the A-10 cockpit.
